About this role
Location: New York, NY
Work Model: In-office
Industry: Cloud cost optimization SaaS
Compensation: Competitive base and equity, commensurate with experience
About the CompanyOur partner is a fast-growing startup building software that helps companies optimize their cloud costs. Revenue is roughly doubling every couple of weeks, the team has scaled quickly across sales, engineering, and design, and the company is well-capitalized with years of runway. This is an early operations seat with room to grow as the business scales.
The OpportunityAs the team grows, the operations function needs to grow with it. You will take on the people and admin work that keeps a fast-moving company humming, planning team events, booking customer and team dinners, managing contracts, and handling the general administrative work that does not fit neatly into anyone else's role. Over time, the role is intended to scale and broaden, potentially expanding into broader business operations or a talent and recruiting component depending on your strengths and interests.
This is a true early-stage generalist seat for someone who wants to own logistics, build process from scratch, and grow alongside the company.
