The OpportunityAs a Business Development Representative, you will drive outbound outreach to generate qualified pipeline for the AE team to close. BDRs are paired one-to-one with Account Executives, so your work directly fuels deals and revenue. The company is intentionally hiring experienced, high-output BDRs rather than first-timers, and there is a clear, fast path from BDR into a closing AE role.
This is a grind-it-out seat with real upside for someone who is competitive, creative with outreach, and eager to prove themselves quickly.
ResponsibilitiesRun high-volume outbound outreach to source and qualify new opportunitiesBuild and maintain a healthy top-of-funnel pipeline for the AE teamPartner closely with Account Executives to hand off and advance dealsConsistently hit and exceed activity and pipeline targetsDevelop the skills and track record to move into a closing AE roleRequirements7+ months of BDR/SDR experience, ideally from a structured, high-performing sales orgProven outbound execution and a track record of strong outputHigh drive, competitiveness, and a genuine hunger to growComfortable working at pace in a demanding, metrics-driven environmentBonus: experience selling to non-tech buyers, or coming from a larger BDR shop where promotion paths were limited
