The OpportunityThis is a Business Development Representative role with an unusually clear and fast path to Account Executive, often within a year and typically under 18 months for strong performers. You will join an early sales team where you can set the foundation for the broader sales motion and wear many hats. The current playbook centers on sourcing, email, and LinkedIn outreach, with systems in place and a growing emphasis on building automated, GTM-engineering-style workflows rather than purely manual outbound. There is unlimited room to grow into adjacent functions like growth, marketing, or partnerships as the business expands.
