Night Reception Agent
Guest Services
Check guests in and out during the night
Answer phone calls and respond to guest requests or complaints
Provide information about the hotel, services, and local area
Handle late arrivals and early departures
Security & Safety
Monitor who enters and leaves the building
Ensure doors, gates, and public areas are secure
Handle emergencies or disturbances and contact security or authorities if needed
Administrative & Financial Duties
Run the night audit (balance daily transactions and close out the day)
Prepare daily reports for management (occupancy, revenue, cash)
Process payments, invoices, and refunds
Manage cash drawer and credit card transactions
Housekeeping & Coordination
Coordinate with housekeeping or maintenance for urgent issues
Note maintenance problems for the morning staff
Ensure lobby and front desk areas remain tidy
Communication & Handover
Leave detailed notes for the morning shift
Report incidents, guest issues, or unusual events
Experience is an asset
Prior experience working with PMS or a related system
Fluency in English
Valid work permit required for non-EU applicants.
