The OpportunityThis is a foundational BDR seat on a go-to-market team that is scaling quickly. You will generate pipeline for enterprise healthcare deals primarily through cold calling, cold LinkedIn outreach, and conference engagement, the channels that actually work in this market. You will be given target lists and the tools to succeed, and you will be expected to bring the drive, creativity, and relentlessness to break into high-value accounts.

ResponsibilitiesGenerate qualified pipeline through cold calling, cold LinkedIn outreach, and conferencesIdentify decision makers within target accounts and craft compelling outreach strategiesBook meetings with executives at private-equity-owned, multi-location specialty practicesTravel to industry conferences and in-person events to build relationships and source opportunitiesDevelop deep product and industry knowledge to qualify and engage prospects effectivelyCollaborate closely with account executives and sales leadership to move accounts forwardRequirements1+ year of professional work experience (not necessarily in a BDR role)Charismatic, high-drive, and relentless, with creativity and strong instinctsCoachable, resilient, and able to handle rejection and push through itComfortable making cold calls and owning outbound as a primary motionWilling to work in person 5-6 days per week in NYCBonus: a background in competitive or elite sports, an elite academic or professional pedigree, or prior experience selling or persuading in any context
