The OpportunityAs a Business Development Representative, you will be a core driver of top-of-funnel growth, generating and qualifying pipeline that fuels the broader sales organization. You will work closely with the BDR manager and sales leadership in a high-energy, in-person environment where your effort and creativity translate directly into impact.
This is a role for someone scrappy and ambitious who wants to learn the craft of modern sales from the ground up, build real relationships with prospects, and earn a path toward larger responsibilities as the team grows.
ResponsibilitiesGenerate and qualify new business opportunities through outbound prospecting across email, phone, and social channelsResearch target accounts and craft creative, personalized outreach that resonates with prospectsBook qualified meetings for the sales team and help build a strong, consistent pipelinePartner closely with sales leadership to refine messaging, targeting, and processTrack activity and learnings to continuously improve outreach effectivenessRequirementsSelf-starter energy with a scrappy, creative approach to opening doorsStrong written and verbal communication skillsHigh drive and resilience, with a genuine desire to build a career in salesComfortable working in person, full-time, in a fast-paced startup environmentBonus: standout achievement in a competitive arena (athletics, entrepreneurship, or similar) or early sales experience
