Position Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated District Manager with a strong background in oncology to lead, develop, and inspire a team of specialized representatives. This role will have a strong focus on new product launches and the strategic management of solid tumor portfolios, ensuring excellence in execution and achievement of access, sales, and market share objectives.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage the oncology national district sales team, driving high performance and engagement.Develop and implement business and access plans for solid tumor products aligned with national strategy.Execute with excellence the launch of new oncology products, ensuring rapid adoption and competitive positioning.Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) and market trends to optimize commercial tactics.Build and maintain strategic relationships with key opinion leaders (KOLs), healthcare institutions, medical societies, and internal stakeholders.Coordinate cross-functional activities with marketing, market access, medical affairs, and other functions to achieve franchise objectives.Ensure compliance with company policies, regulatory requirements, and industry codes of conduct.Recruit and manage the new team. Bachelor’s degree in Health Sciences, Business Administration, Marketing, or related field. MBA will be considered a plus.Minimum 5 years of experience in oncology within solid tumors, with at least 3 years in a leadership role managing sales teams.Mandatory experience with in oncology product launches and experience in solid tumors.Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and develop high-performing teams.Excellent analytical, strategic planning, and communication skills.Willingness to travel within the assigned territory.Intermediate/advanced English preferred.Key Competencies
