How you'll make an impact
Drive end-to-end recruitment for roles on the German-speaking market across multiple functions and Business UnitsAct as an advisor to hiring managers, providing market insights and talent solutionsPartner with local HR and business stakeholders to work actively on their hiring needs and build proactive pipelinesChampion diversity, equity, and inclusion in all hiring practicesRepresent the company at external events and build strong employer branding initiatives Your background
At least 3-5 years of experience in Talent Acquisition in a similar role ideally combined with experience working in an international or matrixed environmentStrong stakeholder management and influencing skills across all levels of the organizationGood understanding of German-speaking labor market is mandatoryDeep understanding of sourcing strategies, interview techniques, and assessment toolsFluency in German and English is mandatory (C1 level or mother tongue)Passionate about people, data-driven decision-making, and delivering results Apply now Current employees apply here
