At SIRM College, we are shaping education that changes futures. We’re looking for a visionary leader to join our senior team as Head of Careers, Employability & Enterprise — a role central to driving student success, graduate employability, and innovation.
This strategic position leads SIRM’s Careers, Employability and Enterprise Strategy, overseeing initiatives that embed employability across all programmes, build strong employer partnerships, and deliver measurable outcomes aligned to OfS B3, TEF, and APP priorities.
The postholder will also lead our Incubation and Enterprise Hub, supporting student entrepreneurship and start-ups, while developing a dynamic alumni engagement strategy that strengthens lifelong connections and mentorship between graduates and current students.
