We are currently seeking a Commercial Property Manager to join our growing Noosa Commercial Management team. This position, which is located in Noosa, will be responsible for the day-to-day management of a portfolio of commercial and industrial assets.
Key responsibilities in this role will include:
Provision of first-class service to landlords and tenantsMonthly management and financial reports for select propertiesComplete Property InspectionsConduct rent reviews and lease expiriesOrganise work orders, and following up on completion or ordered works To succeed in this role, you will demonstrate the following:
Experience in the management of commercial assetsExcellent communication skills, both written and verbalA commitment to maintaining properties according to legislative requirements and best practiceThe ability to build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clientsCurrent Real Estate LicenseYou will benefit from a professional, learning based environment offering excellent long-term career opportunities and a competitive salary package.
