What you’ll do:
Manage staffing in consultation with the Operations ManagerWork closely with the Operations Manager to develop and implement cost minimization measures where possible.Rostering & leading on site teamsDaily reportingProven experience across management and in mass-catering environments, including preparing meals for breakfast, dinner, crib, and pastries. HACCP expertise combined with strong leadership and organisational skills. A passion for driving high-quality culinary experiences. About You
Australian Citizenship or full Australian working rightsFIFO or remote site experience desirable, but not essentialCertificate III/IV in Commercial CookeryPhysically fit and able to work long shifts (up to 11 hours)You will be required to obtain a National Police Check, should you not have one dated within the last 6 monthsAbility to endure remote environments in extreme weather conditionsMust pass a pre-employment medical, including drug & alcohol screeningWhy Join Sodexo?
