Nuclear Lean Deployment & Transformation Leader
Role Summary
The Nuclear Lean Deployment & Transformation Leader will lead deployment of Lean principles, operational excellence initiatives and transformation activities across the Nuclear organization. This role will partner closely with business leaders, Lean Leaders and operational teams to improve productivity, execution rigor, daily management and continuous improvement capabilities.
The role will support the development of a sustainable Lean operating system aligned with Nuclear business priorities and long-term growth objectives.
Key Responsibilities
Lead deployment of the Nuclear Lean roadmap across Advanced Nuclear and Installed Base organizationsCoordinate and support Kaizen planning, execution and sustainment activitiesDrive standardization of Lean tools, methodologies and operating mechanismsSupport implementation of Daily Management, Leader Standard Work and visual management systemsFacilitate value stream mapping and operational improvement initiativesDrive Lean maturity assessments and support action planning to improve operational excellencePartner with functional Lean leaders to align priorities, resource planning and executionSupport productivity improvement initiatives and tracking mechanismsHelp establish leading indicators and operational metrics to improve execution visibilityFacilitate Lean capability building and training activities across the organizationSupport integration between Lean deployment, MOR processes and Hoshin Kanri prioritiesDrive sustainment rigor to ensure long-term impact of improvement initiatives Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college in Engineering, Manufacturing, Operations, Industrial Engineering, or a related technical field.Minimum of 10 years of experience in Lean, Operational Excellence, Continuous Improvement, or Transformation Leadership roles.Minimum of 5 years of experience leading Lean transformation initiatives, including Kaizen events, value stream mapping, continuous improvement programs, waste elimination efforts, and deployment of Lean operating systems across manufacturing, operations, or engineering organizations. For candidates applying to a U.S. based position, the pay range for this position is between $157,900.00 and $263,100.00. The Company pays a geographic differential of 110%, 120% or 130% of salary in certain areas. The specific pay offered may be influenced by a variety of factors, including the candidate's experience, education, and skill set.
Bonus eligibility: discretionary annual bonus.
