Position

What You'll Be Doing

As a Student Success Tutor, you’ll play a central role in shaping student journeys. You’ll provide proactive academic support, act as a personal tutor, and work collaboratively with student services to help every learner succeed. This isn’t just about teaching — it’s about transformation.

Use data (e.g., attendance, assessments) to identify students at risk and intervene early. Guide students to relevant services (wellbeing, careers, academic help). Keep clear records of interventions, progress, and outcomes. Promote an inclusive, reflective, and growth-focused learning environment. Provide regular feedback that motivates, builds confidence, and drives improvement.
