Champion a zero-incident safety culture and promote environmental responsibility across operationsPlan, prioritize, and allocate resources to achieve production targets efficientlyAlign production schedules with demand plans to ensure on-time deliveryMonitor and analyze production data to drive performance improvementsCollaborate cross-functionally to optimize plant capacity and resource utilizationLead problem-solving efforts for production, technical, and logistics challengesDrive quality and continuous improvement initiatives to meet operational KPIsInspire, coach, and develop team members to achieve their full potentialResponsible to ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures and guidelines. Your background

Bachelor's degree with 2+ years, associate degree with 4+ years, or high school diploma/GED with 8+ years of manufacturing experienceExperience in industrial manufacturing environments with lean and Six Sigma exposureStrong understanding of production planning and team accountability practicesFamiliarity with material planning and cross-functional collaborationProficiency in MS Office and experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP)Effective communication skills and experience with workforce/timekeeping systems More about us
