Job Summary
The Senior Business Analyst will join the Implementation Excellence team to drive operational effectiveness, process maturity, and execution discipline across implementation-related initiatives. This role is responsible for analyzing business processes, identifying improvement opportunities, and translating operational needs into actionable requirements.
The position partners closely with cross-functional teams-including Product, IT, Operations, Sales, and Service Management-to deliver scalable, sustainable, and measurable solutions. This role requires strong analytical capabilities, structured problem-solving skills, and the ability to operate effectively in a complex, matrixed environment.
Key Responsibilities
Lead business analysis activities, including process mapping, requirements gathering, gap analysis, impact assessment, and solution definitionAnalyze current-state processes to identify inefficiencies, risks, control gaps, and improvement opportunities; design practical future-state solutionsPartner with cross-functional teams to translate business needs into clear, structured, and actionable requirementsRepresent Implementation Excellence in product squads, ensuring implementation considerations are embedded across design, development, testing, and launch readinessParticipate in agile ceremonies and product discussions, identifying risks, dependencies, and operational impactsCollaborate with product and technology teams to reduce post-launch issues, rework, and operational frictionCreate and maintain documentation including business requirements, process flows, user stories, acceptance criteria, business rules, and test scenariosSupport initiatives focused on standardization, automation, governance, productivity, customer experience, and scalabilityFacilitate workshops, stakeholder interviews, and alignment sessions across the organizationDevelop business cases, dashboards, and executive-level presentations to support data-driven decision-makingCollaborate with project managers, product owners, developers, and operational teams to ensure successful delivery and adoptionSupport change management activities, including communication, training materials, readiness assessments, and post-implementation feedbackTrack progress, risks, dependencies, and business outcomes, ensuring alignment with strategic prioritiesPromote a culture of continuous improvement, operational discipline, and accountability Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Engineering, Operations, or a related field5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, Process Analyst, Operations Analyst, Project Analyst, Product Analyst, or similar role in complex environmentsStrong experience in business process analysis, requirements management, stakeholder engagement, and operational improvementKnowledge of Lean, Six Sigma, BPM, Agile practices, and continuous improvement methodologiesProven ability to collaborate with and influence cross-functional stakeholders without direct authorityExperience supporting product launches, implementation readiness, or process transformation initiativesStrong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, identify patterns, and translate insights into recommendationsExperience creating structured documentation such as business requirements, process flows, user stories, and executive presentationsExperience with tools such as Jira, Confluence, Lucidchart, Power BI, ServiceNow, or similar platformsStrong written and verbal communication skills in EnglishAbility to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, matrixed environment Preferred Qualifications
Experience in implementation, service delivery, customer onboarding, or transformation programsExperience working within agile product squads or cross-functional teamsExposure to automation Location and Work Model
