About the Role
The Product Master Data Project Analyst supports projects requiring product master data migration or process adjustments (MDG or other related processes). This role plays a key part in ensuring product master data readiness to support EMEA growth and the decommissioning of the LOTS system. The position works closely with the Product Master Data Lead to ensure the integration of product master data requirements into the diverse BPT project portfolio in EMEA, addressing key regional needs, simplifying core processes, and collaborating with other BPT stakeholders to deliver complete end-to-end solutions. This role also supports operations as required. Main Responsibilities:
Data migration activities
Execute activities required to ensure successful data migration of product master data in the new systems of useIdentify and correct discrepancies and mis-alignment between the different systems /ERPs using the equivalent product master data Co-ordinate cleansing requirements in the source systems before data are transferred to the target system to ensure quality of data Support validation of loaded data and defect resolution resulting of load cycles or migration E2E processes to adjust to new GTM model
Following the business requirement identification, the Product master SME will work with various partners (internal and external) to develop, implement and monitor the delivery of the solutions to adjust to new processes. Will play a key role in ensuring the delivery is aligned to the business requirements. Thru good understanding of E2E product master data set up within EMEA and the Global landscape, support the required changes of design and system adjustment to meet the EMEA landscape requirementClose collaboration with cross-functional stakeholders requiring product master data in their processesExecute the testing and validation of new functionalities impacting Product Master data and by working together with BD, external partners, testing teams, helps to resolve road blocks with testing activities and defects.Overlook cutover simulation and execution activities. Work proactively with other project team members to resolve cutover issues in any project Training and support
Support product master documentation, training and associated change management resulting of product implementationLiaison between the project teams and the Product Master data team in and outside of BD About You
