As a Fund Servicing Analyst within JPMorganChase, you will play a crucial role in our fund servicing operations. Your primary focus will be on executing routine transactions and collaborating with various teams. You will also apply your knowledge of fund servicing to ensure smooth operations, while also identifying opportunities for process improvements. Job responsibilities
Support investor onboarding activities for Private Equity funds, including initial fund launches and subsequent closing cyclesMaintain and update investor-related data such as bank/wire instructions, contact details, and static/accounting information across relevant systemsManage and execute the distribution of fund notices to investors in accordance with client requestsPerform end-to-end quality checks on all updates to ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance with defined proceduresAssist in training and onboarding of new team members, providing process guidance and support as requiredProactively identify, communicate, and escalate issues or risks to the Manager in a timely mannerContribute to client deliverables and participate in internal and ad hoc projects as assigned Required qualifications, capabilities and skills
Bachelor's degree in Commerce or a related disciplineMinimum 4 years of experience in data maintenance, asset servicing, or transaction processing roles Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills
Strong professional approach with a proactive mindset and solution-oriented attitudeHigh attention to detail, with excellent written and verbal communication skillsDemonstrated ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment while adhering to established proceduresAbility to operate with a high degree of accuracy in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment, with strong ownership and follow-throughExposure to client onboarding and/or AML/KYC operations is preferredFamiliarity with systems such as Investran and Data Exchange will be an advantage
