Shift: Weekends shift could be days or nights

10-hour shifts

1st shift: 5:00 AM- 3:0pm

2nd shift 3:30 PM - 2:00 AM

How you'll make an impact

Inspect incoming materials, components, and equipment to ensure quality standards are metPerform routine and non-routine inspections on sub-assemblies and finished productsConduct electrical, mechanical, and visual testing activitiesIdentify, document, and escalate non-conformances as neededMaintain accurate inspection records and quality documentationSupport root cause analysis and corrective actions for product issuesFollow HSE protocols to ensure safe testing and inspection practicesCollaborate with teams to improve processes and reduce defects Your Background

Preferred: Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality, or related discipline; equivalent hands-on experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.Experience in quality control or quality assurance within manufacturingWorking knowledge of quality management systems (QMS) and industry standardsProficiency in inspection, testing, and measurement techniquesStrong analytical skills with a focus on root cause analysisEffective communication skills for documentation and collaborationAvailability for weekend and 2nd or 3rd shift work; U.S. citizenship required More About Us
