Medical Representative | Klaipėda Region

At Zentiva, we are looking for a motivated and proactive Medical Representative for Klaipėda Region (Medicinos atstovas (-ė) | Klaipėdos regionas) to join our team in Lithuania. You will take responsibility for your territory, represent our portfolio and develop trusted partnerships with healthcare professionals.
If you already have experience as a Medical Representative – or bring relevant pharmaceutical, healthcare or sales experience and are motivated to develop your career in pharma – we would be happy to hear from you.
What will you do?
• Manage and develop the Klaipėda territory, building strong relationships with healthcare professionals and pharmacists. • Regularly visit customers and provide relevant information about Zentiva's products. • Identify opportunities to grow the business and strengthen Zentiva's presence in the region. • Plan and organize your field activities independently to achieve agreed sales and activity targets. • Monitor market developments and competitor activities and share relevant insights with the team. • Contribute to the development of promotional and marketing materials relevant to the assigned territory and area of responsibility. • Work closely with colleagues across Sales, Marketing and other functions to support common business objectives. • Represent Zentiva professionally and in line with our values and compliance standards.
What are we looking for?
• 1–2 years of experience as a Medical Representative is an advantage, but we are also open to motivated candidates with relevant experience in pharmaceutical, healthcare or sales environments. • University degree: education in pharmacy, medicine, life sciences or a related field. • Strong communication and relationship-building skills. • Commercial mindset and motivation to achieve results. • Ability to organize your work independently and take ownership of your territory. • Lithuanian language proficiency, English - preferred. • Valid driving license and willingness to travel within the Klaipėda region.
