About this role
• Plan and achieve sales goals • Sales channel management • Sales call planning and perform regular field visits with customers to achieve objectives on sales, promotion and merchandising at store level • Effectively prospect for new customers & business opportunities • Actively engage customers to understand their needs and provide sound solutions • Set-up, review and analyse standardized sales reports. Closely monitor sales performance, business growth • Promote ZEISS products & services • Understand corporate requirements for standards of performance and business, provide recommendations to drive business development • Customer service delivery, cultivate strong and long term business relationships with key customers • Sales contract review and developments • Assist sales manager to develop sales strategies and growth initiatives • Coordinate with internal departments for robust execution. Cross function project management • Plan, facilitate and implement product launch plan, go-to-market strategy and marketing calendar • Identify key trends and opportunities, and develop business plans in react to the market demand • Conduct market & competitor analysis to formulate strategies • Perform other related duties and responsibilities as assigned
• Secondary Education or above • Diploma in Ophthalmic Dispensing will be a bonus • Familiarity with the optical industry. • Minimal 2 years of sales and marketing or retail experience in a competitive market • Proactive attitude and problem solver • Strong negotiation skill • Results-oriented & good team player • Excellent communication, interpersonal and presentation skills • Good analytical skills • Familiar with MS Office (especially Excel & PowerPoint for executive presentations) • Proficient in written and spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin • Able to work under pressure • Leadership, resourcefulness, good cooperation & teamwork, loyalty, reliability
