Key Responsibilities: Facilitar procesos de capacitación práctica y acompañamiento técnico comunitario en temas agrícolas, con énfasis en producción sostenible, mejoramiento de huertos familiares y fortalecimiento de la seguridad alimentaria. Trabaja de forma directa con familias participantes, promoviendo la apropiación de conocimientos, el aprendizaje colectivo y la implementación de tecnologías adaptadas al contexto local.
