About the Apprenticeship This is a hands-on, structured apprenticeship where you’ll learn the business from the ground up while earning and developing real-world skills. The apprenticeship you will complete is Business Administration Level 3. What You’ll Be Doing Learning the Business from the Ground Up - Picking, packing, and dispatching products - Supporting stock control and stock takes - Forklift truck operation (training provided) Developing Technical Knowledge - Identify and supply spare parts - Strip down equipment and understand systems - Learn different manufacturers and technologies Building Sales & Commercial Skills - Support quotations and pricing - Process customer orders - Work with Sales Engineers Training & Development - Attend training courses - Build certifications - Gain F-Gas or Heat Pump qualifications Customer Service Expectations - Deliver excellent customer service - Support internal and external customers What We’re Looking For - Motivated and eager to learn - Strong work ethic - Team player What You’ll Get - Career in renewables - Training and qualifications - Progression opportunities Why Join Logicool? - Be part of the renewables transition - Supportive local company - Long-term career

This is a full-time, permanent role working 40 hours per week. Monday to Friday between 8am – 5pm.
