What you'll do:
Eaton announced, on June 11, 2026, the intent to combine its Mobility Group (including both the Vehicle and eMobility segments) with a new company. We expect to complete this process by the end of the first half of 2027. The compensation and benefits that will initially be offered for this position are based on Eaton's plans, programs and practices. If you are offered and accept this position and are actively employed by the Mobility Group when the transaction closes, the new company will provide further details to employees concerning compensation and benefits at that time

This role is expected to Work closely with Global Product strategy manager, Global Product Line Leaders and the advanced Technology group to assess various technologies that could create future business opportunities for Eaton's Mobility division and evaluate its potential as a new space through focused right to play & play to win studies.Perform in-depth analysis on technology adjacencies, market sizing (TAM/SAM/SOM), industry trend analysis, regulatory impacts, entry barriers, competitive/ IP landscaping, ROI, total investments for the space, product differentiation and other strategic elements such as partnerships, customers - tier 1 or 2.Facilitate decision-making by identifying and mitigating key technical, manufacturing, or commercial risks, build the product value proposition in collaboration with the appropriate team members; ensure consistent reporting to senior leadership and determine whether to pivot or persevere.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree from an accredited institute with an MBA preferably in Marketing or Finance5 - 10 years of experience in Sales/ Marketing / Product strategy preferably in the Automotive segment in an international context.5-10 years of experience in New Technology Innovation Management / Technology Incubation preferably in the Automotive segment. Being able to pull fact-based analysis applying sharp criteria even if deeply involved into a project.Understanding & development of Right to Play and Right to Win within the context of Eaton's Mobility GroupProven ability to build organizational savvy and strong networking skills in an international publicly traded companyUnderstanding P&L, ROI, pricing, automotive volume strategies, and business case modelling (Financial analysis)Exposure to the cost structures, manufacturing economics, and supply chain dynamicsSound knowledge in various technologies such as ICE, hybrids and EVsExposure to basic engineering and manufacturing fundamentalsExposure to xRLs, agile methodology - sprint planning, VPC, BMC, and the relevant tools etc Excellent stakeholder management skills - global/ local and various sub-functions (sales, SCM, Manufacturing, engineering)Excellent communication skills - verbal, written and presentation. Skilled at conflict management, dealing with ambiguity and change management.
