Key Responsibilities
Act as the primary outbound execution liaison between TPG BU stakeholders and Cadence Corporate Marketing/Marcom to drive alignment on deliverables, timelines, approvals, and launch readinessDesign, execute, and optimize outbound marketing campaigns to drive awareness, leads, and revenuePartner closely with Corporate marketing, Sales and Product teams to align messaging, targeting, and timingBuild and manage outbound programs including email campaigns, webinars, events, and paid outbound channelsDevelop compelling outreach messaging tailored by persona, industry, and use caseManage campaign calendars, launches, and performance trackingOwn lead qualification criteria and handoff processes to SalesAnalyze campaign metrics and continuously optimize performanceTest and iterate on channels, messaging, and offers to improve efficiency and ROICoordinate launch plans and checklists: messaging, positioning, web updates, launch assets, internal enablement, and external publishing. Required Qualifications
3-5 years of experience in outbound marketing, demand generation marketingExperience in high technology either a semiconductor company or a IP company.Proven experience working cross-functionally with product and corporate marketing teamsHands-on experience with marketing automation platformsStrong analytical skills with the ability to turn data into actionable insightsExcellent written and verbal communication skillsAbility to manage multiple campaigns and priorities simultaneouslyStrong project management and cross-functional coordination skills-comfortable driving schedules and follow-ups.Solid writing and editing ability (short-form copy + structured briefs).Comfort working with technical subject matter experts (SMEs) to translate concepts into clear value statements.Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience). The annual salary range for California is $154,000 to $286,000. You may also be eligible to receive incentive compensation: bonus, equity, and benefits. Sales positions generally offer a competitive On Target Earnings (OTE) incentive compensation structure. Please note that the salary range is a guideline and compensation may vary based on factors such as qualifications, skill level, competencies and work location.
