What You’ll Do (a.k.a. Your Superpowers in Action):
Patient Care & Coordination
• Deliver compassionate, skilled patient care under RN supervision. • Perform assessments, procedures, and interventions based on physician orders. • Collaborate with RNs, therapists, and care teams to ensure seamless care. • Be the eyes and ears for changes in patient condition, helping adjust care plans in real time. • Stay focused and efficient while keeping patients at the heart of everything you do.
Patient & Caregiver Education
• Educate patients and families on self-care practices and safety. • Be initiative-taking in identifying and reporting any safety concerns.
Communication & Documentation
• Keep documentation accurate, timely, and compliant. • Jump into care team huddles, share insights, and keep communication flowing.
Professional Growth & Team Support
• Stay sharp through ongoing training, in-services, and continuing education. • Participate in projects and help drive success wherever you're placed.
Requirements You’ll Bring to the Table:
Education
• High School Diploma or equivalent – Required.
Licensure
• Current LPN license in the state of Georgia – Required
Experience
• At least 3+ years of recent medical-surgical or acute care nursing experience – Required.
Certifications
• Basic Life Support (BLS) from the American Heart Association – Required
