Job Responsibilities

Define product positioning, benefits, and unique selling points to ensure clear and consistent messagingDevelop and maintain product messaging frameworks, collaborating with copywriters for cohesive client communicationsPartner with cross-functional teams to embed marketing into product development and influence roadmaps with client insightsLead go-to-market strategies and integrated marketing programs for new and existing products, features, and servicesCollaborate with campaign teams from brief to creative review, ensuring campaigns are compelling and on strategyConduct competitive research and client segmentation to support marketing strategyWork with data and analytics to identify adoption drivers, cross-sell opportunities, and optimize client lifetime valueMonitor product and campaign performance, analyze key metrics, and prepare reports to identify optimization opportunitiesGuide and mentor marketing team members, reviewing assets to deliver high-impact messagingCollaborate with Compliance and Controls to ensure all marketing initiatives meet regulatory and policy requirementsBuild and nurture relationships with senior stakeholders, advocating for clients and championing product marketing's impact Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills

Significant experience in product marketing within bankingProven ability to lead go-to-market strategies and manage complex, cross-functional initiativesExperience partnering with product teams throughout the development cycleExpertise in marketing channels, including lifecycle, creative, and paid mediaExceptional collaboration and influencing skills, building strong relationships across business areasStrong attention to detail, with a curious and analytical mindsetCommercially minded, able to develop strategies and messaging that resonate with clients and support business objectivesDeep understanding of compliance and regulatory requirements in marketingFluency in English Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills

Experience working in international or multi-lingual environmentsFamiliarity with digital banking products and emerging technologiesAbility to analyze complex data and translate insights into actionable marketing strategiesStrong project management skills, delivering results in fast-paced environmentsDemonstrated ability to mentor and develop team membersExperience with client segmentation and competitive analysisTrack record of building relationships with senior stakeholdersGerman language skills #ICBCareers
