This role is based at our Photo Studio in Milwaukee, WI. You'll work onsite from Monday through Friday.
About the Role
As Creative Services Sample Specialist you will support all marketing executions by procuring and coordinating samples for photography, video or special events. You will be responsible for communicating essential information and organizing logistics to provide flawless execution.
What You'll Do
Attend project turn-ins, internal sample reviews and other meetings relative to assigned projectsProcure, gather and organize samples based on marketing requirements and production schedulesEvaluate capture requirements based on sample details and Style Guide to determine and create corresponding capture outlineVerify accurate samples and associated details are received on time for each projectTrack and monitor all samples from submission through post productionInterpret and procure sample and prop needs based on seasonal and creative directionBarcode and maintain samples housed at the photo studioMaintain and organize sample rooms at both corporate and photo studioOrganize and execute return and purge of samples post productionPartner with producers and project coordination team to ensure merchandise availability based on established timelines and maintain production prioritiesCoordinate samples shared between multiple projectsCoordinate tracking and shipment of merchandise between locations (corporate, studio, vendor, production locations)Maintain all sample and shot statuses to effectively communicate with key stakeholdersCreate and maintain project follow up documentation to communicate and resolve outstanding issues with merchant partnersServe as liaison between merchant partners and execution teams to proactively resolve sample questionsAdditional tasks may be assigned What Skills You Have
Required
Bachelor's Degree or related business experienceStrong collaboration and communication skills with the ability to work with a diverse group of peopleDetail-oriented with advanced organizational skillsAbility to work in a high volume, fast-paced environmentAbility to manage assigned workload while adapting to changing prioritiesProficient computer skills and ability to understand advanced applicationsChampion continuous process improvement Preferred
Experience in merchandise managementAbility to stand for long periods of time, climb ladders and rolling staircasesAbility to lift up to 25-40 lbsAbility to travel on occasion
