Your Mission:
We are looking for a Senior Billing Analyst to join our fast-growing Billing and Collections team. In this role, you will play a key part in ensuring the accuracy, integrity, and efficiency of our billing operations. You will take ownership of complex billing processes, resolve high-impact billing challenges, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver seamless billing services. Your analytical mindset and attention to detail will help strengthen financial controls, drive process improvements, and support the continued growth and success of our business.
Responsibilities
Execute, review, and validate monthly billing tasks and invoicing, ensuring accuracy and compliance with contracts, pricing terms, financial policies, revenue recognition, and SOX requirementsProvide billing support to merchants, resolving queries and delivering data-driven explanationsPerform variance and root-cause analysis to identify and resolve billing discrepanciesMaintain billing configurations and pricing logic within systemsSupport month-end close, reconciliations, audit requests, and billing control improvementsPartner with internal teams to improve billing processes and ensure smooth operationsRequirements

The annual salary range for this role in the primary location is EUR €19,200-€24,000 (gross). This range represents the expected starting salary for candidates hired into this role in the specified location. If the position is filled in a different location, a different salary range may apply due to objective factors such as local labor market conditions and cost of living.
This salary range may be inclusive of several career levels at Nuvei and will be narrowed during the interview process based on a number of factors, including the candidate’s experience, qualifications, and specific location. Applicants not located in the primary location may request the annual salary range for their location during the interview process.
