The National/Alamo brand of Enterprise Mobility has an exciting opportunity for an Emerald Club Service Specialist.The Emerald Club Service Specialist will provide professional, superior, friendly, efficient service during all interaction and service delivery with Emerald Club Members as it applies to this position. Responsible for greeting and fulfilling the needs of Emerald Club members including appropriate vehicle selection as determined by the Emerald Club program guidelines, with speed and accuracy.
The pay for this position starts at $15 / hour and is located at the Richmond International Airport (RIC) - 1 Richard E Byrd Terminal Dr., Richmond, VA 23250.
This is a seasonal position. The Season runs from April to October 2026. Employees in this position can work a maximum of 180 days.

We are hiring now for immediate openings. Responsibilities include:
Welcome Emerald Club members using prescribed, appropriate dialogue as they arrive on the lot making them feel valued and welcomeProvide information in a professional and courteous mannerAssist members with questions and concerns and provide resolution as necessaryReview daily game plan in preparation for Emerald Service deliveryReview reservation manifest for special requestsWork proactively with Drivers, Auto Detailers, Return Agents and Managers to ensure proper vehicle supplyMaintain clean, low mileage fleet mix that meets Emerald Club requirementsComplete vehicle inspections in accordance with priority guidelinesEnsure that vehicle hangtags are completed correctlyReturn failed inspection units back to production for re-cleaning and Auto Detailer coachingFacilitate Change of Equipment (COE) vehicles or additional equipment to meet customer's needsServe as a knowledgeable expert on the Emerald Club program, including marketing initiatives and various methods of delivery (MOD), and all Levels of Service (LOS)Understand and utilize radio communication codes in a professional mannerKeep aisle area organized and clean for ease of access and appearance of the facilityDirect customers to the exit booth, provide local directions, maps and return directions as needed; Offer assistance with luggage as neededPerform other customer service related duties as determined by management to ensure our service meets the needs of our customersDocument and communicate customer service issues to managementIdentify and communicate areas of opportunity for improved Emerald Club service deliveryThank Emerald Club members using the prescribed dialogueProvide all customers with undivided attention while assisting them at the countersSeek to improve job performance through self-assessment, skill development, training and goal settingMaintain a regular and reliable level of attendance and punctualityPerform miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned Equal Opportunity Employer/Disability/Veterans
Qualifications
Must be at least 18 years oldMust be authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the future.High School Diploma or G.E.D. requiredMinimum of 6 months customer service or sales experience in a fast paced environmentMust have a valid drivers license with no more than 2 moving violations and/or at-fault accidents on driving record in the past 3 years (Total points on driving record cannot exceed 8 points)No drug or alcohol related conviction on driving record in the past 3 yearsThis a seasonal position and you may work up to a maximum of 6 months (180 days) during the defined season and must experience a 13 consecutive week break in service before being re-hire
