About the Role
We are looking for a Senior Business Systems Analyst – Services and Finance applications who will be responsible for leading the technology solution delivery for our professional services and finance teams. The successful candidate will provide structure and leadership to projects, understand the Intapp business and translate needs into technical solutions. Additionally, this position will oversee the delivery of IT services and projects, and ensure internal client satisfaction.
Responsibilities
Become an expert in Intapp’s finance and professional services processes and systemsWork with business stakeholders to understand their goals and needs and help define the system solutionsAct as a solution consultant that deeply understands current state business processes, challenges, and their supporting tech stackResponsible for owning professional services and accounting system configuration - configure fields, workflows, roles/permissions, custom rules, reports, and dashboardsPair understanding of business with your deep systems expertise to provide strategic technical roadmapsLook ahead to identify delivery needs based on roadmap and work with all management to address themAnticipate blockers and identify creative solutions to unblock team and keep delivery on trackTranslate desired business outcomes into an MVP feature set that can be delivered iterativelyEstablish and bring new efficiencies and insights through systematic solutionsDocument business process requirements and partner with system administrators to design thoughtful solutionsEffectively negotiate scope and timeline with business leads to achieve high value business outcomesManage execution of UATFacilitate implementation of new functionality through communications, demos, and the development of appropriate documentationProvide day-to-day administration and maintenance of critical business systems including OpenAir and NetSuite. Triaging and resolving production support issues and implementing small enhancement requests
Requirements
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with 6+ years Business Analyst experienceExperience with finance modules – AR/GL /Project accounting and Services billingPrior experience with any Services app (Financial Force, Oracle Project Accounting, NetSuite Projects)Best practices are your best friendStrong verbal and writing skills
Education And Experience
Bachelor’s Degree with 8+ year of experience8+ years of relevant BSA experience in ERP SpaceHands on experience with NetSuiteOpenAir experience is plus
