The Finance and Business Planning team enables Meta to plan, prioritize, and execute as effectively as possible. We take a uniquely long-term view towards business problems and operate with an independent and objective perspective, representing our point of view to our executive stakeholders. We serve as financial advisers to our business partners and own shared business goals and results where appropriate. We strive to balance our responsibility to support business partners with our responsibility to serve the long-term mission and sustainability of Meta and act as stewards of company resources.Meta is seeking to fill a position on the Reality Labs Finance team, responsible for analyzing and optimizing investments across hardware engineering and operations teams. You will be closely involved with high-profile strategic and operational initiatives, deliver business analytics and insights, and facilitate the growth of our financial & business planning processes to support an increasingly complex ecosystem. You will also contribute meaningfully to business planning, forecasting and support ad hoc projects with opportunities for broad cross-functional interactions.
Finance Manager, Reality Labs Responsibilities: Independently plan, lead and execute on complex finance projects collaborating effectively with other cross-functional teamsDevelop concise and compelling business cases for proposed projectsEnsure appropriate sponsorship and align stakeholders around initiative goalsDetermine business roles and resources needed to ensure successful implementationCollaborate with key internal and external stakeholders (e.g., Finance peers, Engineering, Operations, Accounting, etc) to create detailed project plansProactively manage project risks and develop mitigation strategies to meet the broader organization goals, milestones and objectivesPrepare detailed analysis, plans, milestones, deliverables and overall status updates for projectsDevelop stakeholder relationships, maintaining effective communication channelsEstablish communications cadence to ensure appropriate program governanceInfluence decision making and problem solving across projects and teamsMinimum Qualifications: 7+ years of finance or financial planning and analysis experienceBA/BS in Business, Finance, Economics, or equivalentExperience thinking strategically and managing ambiguity, risk, and changing direction of projects and prioritiesExperience working in cross-functional global environment and with all levels of employees from entry-level to leadershipExperience designing and implementing business processes and systems based on business prioritiesExperience delivering quality communications, including development of key messagesProficiency in financial modeling and analysis software, such as Excel, Access, and financial planning tools like Essbase/HyperionPreferred Qualifications: MBA or MS in quantitative fieldSQL experienceExperience in a high-growth tech company or investment bankExceptional communication skills and experience to distill vast amounts of information into a clear and concise storyExperience managing multiple workstreams end-to-endAbout Meta:

$115,000/year to $166,000/year + bonus + equity + benefits

Compensation details listed in this posting reflect the base hourly rate, monthly rate, or annual salary only, and do not include bonus, equity or sales incentives, if applicable.
