Job Description Summary As a Staff Accountant II working for Taylor Morrison you will work under management's direction, perform professional accounting work including the examination, analysis, maintenance, reconciliation and verification of financial records, and related duties as required. Additionally, perform accurate and efficient accounts payable processing, and ensure accounting records are organized and fully auditable.

Process invoices and purchase orders and process payment for the DivisionManage insurance requirements and lien waivers to ensure compliance by vendorsReconcile statements from vendors to ensure all payables are accurate and up to dateAssist in preparing weekly reports and distribution to Division management and corporate officeAssist in preparation and maintenance of account reconciliationsAssist with month end responsibilities, including preparing journal entriesAd-Hoc duties and special projects as assigned by Division Controller, and/or VP FinanceAssist with internal and external auditors as neededYou are willing to perform other duties as assigned What you will need: (competencies, behaviors & attributes)

Bachelor's degree in Accounting or FinanceStrong desire to learn accounting skills in the homebuilding industryAccounts payable experienceComputer literacy, including strong Microsoft Excel skillsCredit report in good standing FLSA Status: Non-Exempt

FLSA Status: Non-Exempt Salary Range: $26.81-$38.91 Bonus: Up to 10% Staff Bonus
