About this role
We are looking for a detail-oriented Junior Finance Data Quality Analyst to support financial data management and ensure the accuracy, consistency, and compliance of key financial records. In this role, you will work closely with finance and business teams to maintain high-quality data, support reporting needs, and improve data processes across regional operations.
What will you do? Process requests related to creating, updating, and maintaining financial data recordsReview and validate data to ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance with standardsCoordinate with stakeholders to resolve data issues or missing informationMonitor and track requests to ensure timely completion within service timelinesAnalyze data quality reports and identify discrepancies or inconsistenciesInvestigate data issues and support the implementation of corrective actionsMaintain alignment between financial data structures and organizational hierarchiesSupport regular data review and clean-up activitiesAssist with financial data validation during reporting and closing cyclesUpdate and maintain data across systems and reference filesRespond to inquiries and provide guidance on data processesSupport continuous improvement initiatives to enhance data quality and efficiency What qualifications will make you successful? Bachelor's degree in Accountancy (or equivalent)Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracyAnalytical mindset with the ability to identify and resolve issuesGood organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasksEffective communication and collaboration with cross-functional teamsBasic understanding of finance or accounting conceptsAbility to work within deadlines and adapt in a fast-paced environmentProficiency in Excel or similar data toolsFamiliarity with enterprise systems (such as ERP platforms) is a plusProactive approach with a continuous improvement mindset What's in it for me?
