We're looking for an Assistant Finance Controller to partner with plant leadership and drive financial performance, cost control, and data-driven decision-making.
Key Responsibilities
Lead budgeting, forecasting, and management reportingMonitor plant KPIs, costs, and variancesEnsure accurate product costing and financial analysisSupport Capex tracking and operational efficiency initiativesCollaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business results
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance (CPA preferred)At least 2 years' experience in controlling, reporting, and forecastingManufacturing experience preferred (1+ year)Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skillsProactive, detail-oriented, and able to influence decisions
