Salary: $95k-$140k (depending on experience)
Work Location: Onsite.
Essential Functions:
Manage and maintain requirements in DOORS, ensuring complete traceability across program deliverablesReceive, review, and upload requirements, specifications, and technical data into government systemsDevelop and maintain relationships and traceability between DOORS, ENOVIA, and Cameo ModelsSupport multiple Integrated Product Teams (IPTs), including avionics, air vehicle, sensors, and weaponsCoordinate technical reviews with government stakeholders and contractorsProduce and review technical documentation, including: Interface Control Documents (ICDs)Specifications and Requirements MatricesTest procedures and reportsPerform requirements traceability analysis and support system validation effortsMaintain configuration control of requirements artifacts and ensure compliance with program processesAnalyze historical program documentation to support system engineering decisionsProvide guidance and training on requirements management best practices to program stakeholdersOther duties as assigned or requiredRequirements
Required:
Experience with requirements management and systems engineering in a DoD or NAVAIR environmentProficiency with DOORS for requirements traceability and managementExperience supporting Program Offices or IPTs through the acquisition lifecycleStrong ability to analyze, organize, and manage complex technical requirementsExperience reviewing and producing technical engineering documentationStrong written and verbal communication skillsAbility to work independently and collaborate across multiple stakeholders
Desired:
Experience with Cameo Systems Modeler (MBSE)Familiarity with ENOVIA or similar configuration/PLM toolsPrior experience supporting PMA programs or Navy aviation platformsExperience with Model-Based Systems Engineering (MBSE) methodologiesExperience developing or delivering requirements management training or process improvementsExposure to system test documentation, validation, or verification processes
Education/Years of Experience:
5+ years of related experience and a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related technical field OR Equivalent experience (highly considered) in:
Systems engineeringRequirements managementDOORS / MBSE environments
Security Clearance:
Active Secret clearance required. Requirements to obtain a clearance include US Citizenship, security investigation, etc.
