Responsibilities
Maintain Strategic Relationships with Our Customer Accounts
Proactively engage with existing customers to maintain strategic relationshipsAnticipate potential service problems and actively work towards addressing themConsolidate related data on customer satisfaction to drive better solutioning and recommendationsActively seek to understand the assigned account's strategic priorities and developing appropriate value-added programs for them with a focus on holistic solution selling (i.e., packaging complementary products across business units as a holistic solution) Ongoing Fulfillment and Delivery
Accountable for the regular order-taking, fulfilment, and delivery post-conversion for assigned accountsProvide valuable insights on development of sales strategies to better meet customer needs prioritizing a shift to holistic solution selling Requirements
The ideal candidate will bring extensive experience and knowledge of the medical and life sciences markets coupled with strong business acumen
Bachelor's Degree in the field of Business/Marketing/ Biological/ Medical Sciences/ Medical technology requiredMinimum 2+ years of relevant sales and/or accounts management experience preferably in a multinational pharmaceutical or healthcare companyExperience with Hospital Segment / Medical ProductsAbility to build collaborative relationships and influenceAdaptable communicator, able to work with all levels of staff/leadership (both internally and externally)Strong business acumen, able to translate data and information into meaningful business insights and clear recommendationsDelivers a clear, compelling, and shared vision focused on delighting our customersStrong commercial background and aptitude with the ability to build collaborative relationships and influenceStrong analytical, problem solving and critical thinking skillsSelf-motivated individual who is customer-focused and results-orientedSelf-driven, seeks continuous improvement and proactively thinks aheadExcellent command of Bahasa and English (i.e., written and spoken) Click on apply if this sounds like you!
