The Practice Manager is a working manager or manager of managers accountable for the overall performance of the practice and its members. The role owns all aspects of delivery-Operations and/or Technology-to ensure customer and client satisfaction through effective planning, execution, monitoring, and risk management.
The Practice Manager defines key success metrics, builds strong client relationships, and creates a sustainable delivery model that meets or exceeds contractual performance standards. The role also leads to resource strategy, financial planning, and demand-supply alignment, while ensuring seamless transitions for new client implementations.
In addition, the Practice Manager has full accountability for people and talent management, including performance assessment, career development, engagement, retention, and succession planning, while collaborating across performance teams for seamless client delivery.
