Veterans Transition Program- Associate, Financial Planning and Analysis

The Veterans Transition Program is designed to support veterans in making the transition from military life to the civilian workforce. The Program offers participants the opportunity to work at the world's largest asset manager for six months. On completion of the Program, successful participants will be offered permanent employment at BlackRock.

Program Structure:
The program begins with an orientation where you'll learn about BlackRock's principles, mission, purpose, and culture. You'll learn about the asset management industry and get an in-depth look at how BlackRock serves its clients. Following orientation, you'll join your team and gain insights into the day-to-day life of an Associate as you develop subject-matter expertise through on-the-job learning and our industry-leading technology, Aladdin.
Insight Onboarding Manager, Associate
The Insight Client Success team is dedicated to delivering a best-in-class client experience by deeply understanding client needs and continuously evolving the Insight product and service offering.
The team is part of Private Data Services within Aladdin Data, supporting clients across the Aladdin ecosystem. The broader Aladdin Business includes over 1,200 professionals focused on implementation, client support, sales, marketing, and client engagement.
The Onboarding Team plays a critical role in successfully onboarding clients onto Insight's data collection services, ensuring a seamless and high-quality experience from day one. Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced Onboarding Manager with a background in alternatives to support onboarding of Limited Partner (LP) clients.
In this role, you will lead end-to-end onboarding projects, working cross-functionally and building strong relationships with stakeholders at multiple levels. You will manage onboarding timelines, coordinate data collection and system setup, and ensure successful client adoption of Insight solutions. About this role Client Onboarding & Project Management Own and manage end-to-end onboarding lifecycle for assigned clientsDevelop and maintain detailed onboarding project plans, ensuring key milestones are metLead client kick-off meetings and define onboarding scope (e.g., fund onboarding lists)Coordinate onboarding activities across internal teams and stakeholdersClient Relationship Management Build and maintain strong client relationships across different levels of the organizationAct as a primary point of contact during onboardingProvide regular status updates and ensure transparent communicationData & Product Implementation Oversee client data acquisition, ensuring accuracy and completenessMonitor and troubleshoot initial data collection cyclesManage cash flow (CF) and NAV uploads, including reconciliationSupport integration of Insight with eFront and Aladdin products, where applicableClient Enablement & Training Deliver product demonstrations and onboarding training sessionsEducate clients on system functionality and newly introduced featuresDrive client adoption and engagement with Insight solutionsCollaboration & Continuous Improvement Collect and analyze client feedback to improve service and product offeringPartner with Product and Engineering teams to suggest enhancements, test new features, and resolve issuesIdentify risks or blockers and escalate as needed to ensure client satisfactionReporting & Governance Provide regular internal reporting and onboarding status updatesEnsure timely resolution of issues impacting service deliveryAbout you Experience in a financial technology firm (implementation, onboarding, or client relationship management) or experience in an investment firm focused on data managementExposure to the alternatives industry is a strong advantageBachelor's degree (or equivalent) in Finance, Economics, Technology, or a related fieldStrong project management and organizational skillsAbility to work independently in a fast-paced, dynamic environmentProven ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt quicklyExcellent communication and presentation skillsProactive, energetic, and solution-oriented mindsetAdvanced MS Office skills, particularly ExcelWhat You Bring A client-first mindset with a focus on delivering high-quality outcomesStrong ownership and accountability for onboarding successAbility to navigate complexity and drive results across cross-functional teams Where will I be based?

For Atlanta, GA Only the salary range for this position is USD$105,000.00 - USD$132,000.00 . Additionally, employees are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus, and benefits including healthcare, leave benefits, and retirement benefits. BlackRock operates a pay-for-performance compensation philosophy and your total compensation may vary based on role, location, and firm, department and individual performance.
