Wells Fargo is seeking a Cybersecurity Early Talent & Rotation Program Manager that will recruit, manage and develop the cybersecurity rotation program and spearhead cybersecurity's early talent initiatives. You will collaborate closely with cybersecurity leaders, HR partners and early talent teams to shape the future of cybersecurity talent within our organization.
In this role, you will:Design and lead a multi-year early talent rotation program within the Cybersecurity organization, aligning with business needs and talent goalsDevelop program frameworks, learning objectives, success metrics, and career pathways for program participantsStay informed of cybersecurity workforce trends and best practices in early talent development to inform program evolutionCoordinate and manage rotational assignments across cybersecurity functionsPartner with rotation hosts to scope meaningful projects and ensure experiential learning opportunitiesMonitor participant progress and ensure alignment with developmental goalsPartner with university relations, recruitment teams, and hiring managers to identify and onboard top early-career talent, including interns and full-time rotational hiresDevelop and facilitate learning paths, bootcamps, workshops, and speaker series tailored for early-career cybersecurity professionalsProvide ongoing career coaching and feedback to program participantsCreate tools and dashboards to track participant progress, program outcomes, and rotational feedbackReport on program success metrics and deliver insights to cybersecurity and HR leadershipUse feedback and data to continuously improve program design and participant experienceRequired Qualifications:4+ years of Technology Business Services experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education2+ years of Leadership experienceDesired Qualifications:Experience in relationship managementFamiliarity with cybersecurity skill and talent managementStrategic experience to coordinate and manage rotational assignmentsCoaching and development experience with early talentEffective management experience or equivalentJob Expectations:This position offers a hybrid work schedule This position is not eligible for Visa sponsorshipLocations:300 S Brevard St, Charlotte, NC 28202 2600 S Price Rd, Chandler, Arizona 85286Posting End Date: 24 Apr 2025 *Job posting may come down early due to volume of applicants.
