Our studios are considered one of the foremost motion picture and television production and post-production facilities in the world. They inform, engage, and transport audiences to new worlds. The key to that lies with our Studio Operations group, which includes areas like soundstage/backlot set rentals, events, design, culinary, construction, landscaping and much more. Your New Role
スタジオツアー ビジネスデベロップメントチームの一員として、新規トレードパートナーの開拓および既存パートナーとの関係構築・維持を通じて、来場者数および収益の拡大を推進するポジションです。旅行会社や各種販売パートナーとの窓口として、販売計画やマーケティング施策の推進、営業活動、業界ネットワーキング活動を担い、ワーナー ブラザース スタジオツアー東京を代表してビジネス機会の創出に貢献します。勤務地はワーナー ブラザース スタジオツアー東京（豊島園）です。
Your Role Accountabilities
• 旅行会社、OTA（Online Travel Agency）を含むトレードパートナーとの関係構築および維持を通じて、来場者数および収益の最大化を推進する。
• ビジネスデベロップメント戦略、販売計画、およびパートナー向け施策の企画・実行を支援し、事業目標の達成に貢献する。
• 市場動向、需要トレンド、競合情報および販売実績を分析し、成長機会の特定と改善提案を行う。
• チケット在庫および販売機会を適切に管理し、パートナー施策やキャンペーンの実行を通じて販売機会を最大化する。
• マーケティング、オペレーション、イベント、ファイナンス、コマーシャルなどの社内関係部門と連携し、団体・教育旅行を含む各種プログラムやゲスト体験の向上を推進する。
• FAMトリップ、トレードショー、業界イベント、パートナー訪問などにおいてスタジオツアーを代表し、認知向上およびビジネスネットワークの拡大を図る。
• ビジネスニーズに応じた各種プロジェクトや営業・マーケティング関連施策を推進し、事業成長に貢献する。
Qualifications & Experiences Required
• 観光、ホスピタリティ、エンターテインメント、アトラクション施設、または関連業界における営業、アカウントマネジメント、もしくはビジネスデベロップメントの実務経験。
• 社外パートナーとの関係構築および維持を通じて、事業成果の創出に貢献した経験。
• 日本語および英語によるビジネスレベルのコミュニケーション能力（会話・読み書き）。
• 複数の案件やプロジェクトを同時に管理し、優先順位をつけながら業務を遂行できる高い組織力およびプロジェクト管理能力。
• 社内外の関係者と円滑に連携できる優れたコミュニケーション力、交渉力、プレゼンテーション能力。
Preferred
• アトラクション施設、旅行会社、ツアーオペレーター、またはOTA（Online Travel Agency）での勤務経験。
• マーケティング施策や販売促進キャンペーンの企画・実行経験。
• 修学旅行、教育旅行、団体旅行向けビジネスに関する経験。
• 中国語または韓国語による業務経験。
• 変化の多い環境において、自律的かつ主体的に業務やプロジェクトを推進した経験。
業務上の必要に応じて、平日夜間、週末、ならびに学校休暇期間（繁忙期）に勤務いただく場合があります。
