Our studios are considered one of the foremost motion picture and television production and post-production facilities in the world. They inform, engage, and transport audiences to new worlds. The key to that lies with our Studio Operations group, which includes areas like soundstage/backlot set rentals, events, design, culinary, construction, landscaping and much more. Your New Role スタジオツアー ビジネスデベロップメントチームの一員として、日本国内の主要な旅行会社およびトレードパートナーとの戦略的パートナーシップの構築・強化を通じて、来場者数およびチケット売上の拡大を推進するポジションです。Manager, Business Developmentのもとで、トレードパートナーに対する主要な窓口として営業活動、販売戦略の立案、ビジネス機会の創出を担い、ワーナー ブラザース スタジオツアー東京の継続的な成長に貢献します。勤務地はワーナー ブラザース スタジオツアー東京（豊島園）です。
Your Role Accountabilities
• 国内の旅行会社やその他トレードパートナーとの強固な関係構築および維持を通じて、団体・教育機関を含むチケット販売および収益の最大化を推進する。
• 事業目標および予算に沿ったビジネスデベロップメント戦略、販売計画、パートナー施策の企画・実行をリードする。
• トレードパートナーの販売実績、市場動向、需要トレンドおよび競合情報を分析し、成長機会の特定ならびに改善施策を推進する。
• 販売拡大を目的としたキャンペーンやインセンティブ施策の企画・交渉・実行を行い、パートナーとの協業を通じてビジネス成長を実現する。
• IT、Finance、Visitor Experience、Events、Commercialをはじめとする社内関係部門と連携し、団体・教育旅行を含む各種プログラムおよび受け入れ体制の最適化を推進する。
• FAMトリップ、トレードショー、業界イベント、パートナー訪問などにおいてスタジオツアーを代表し、ブランド認知向上および新規ビジネス機会の創出を図る。
• チームメンバーの育成および知識共有を通じて、高いパフォーマンスとコラボレーションを重視するチームカルチャーの醸成に貢献する。
Qualifications & Experiences Required
• 観光業、旅行業、ホスピタリティ業界、または関連業界における営業、アカウントマネジメント、もしくはビジネスデベロップメントの実務経験。
• トレードパートナーや顧客との関係構築を通じて事業成果を創出した経験。
• ネイティブレベルの日本語によるコミュニケーション能力。
• 高い業務整理力、優先順位付け能力、および複数案件を同時に管理できるプロジェクトマネジメント能力。
• 不確実性の高い環境においても、自律的かつ主体的に業務を推進できる能力と高いビジネス感覚。
Preferred
• 修学旅行、教育旅行、団体旅行関連ビジネスにおける経験。
• アトラクション施設、旅行会社、ツアーオペレーター、またはOTA（Online Travel Agency）での勤務経験。
• 英語、中国語、または韓国語による業務経験。
• 販売促進キャンペーンやマーケティング施策の企画・実行経験。
• 変化の多い環境において事業成長を推進した経験やアントレプレナーシップ（起業家精神）を有する方。
業務上の必要に応じて、平日夜間、週末、ならびに学校休暇期間（繁忙期）に勤務いただく場合があります。
