Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration & ManagementMinimum of 3–5 years of experience in Operations Management, Business Management, Retail OperationsStrong leadership, organizational, delegation, and people-management skillsProven experience in retail operations and customer service managementExcellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilitiesStrong personality with the confidence to identify issues, enforce accountability, and recommend corrective actions Ability to identify operational gaps and provide effective solutionsAbility to manage multiple departments and priorities simultaneouslyProficient in Microsoft Office
