Position Overview:
The Manager, Pricing Product Analyst plays a critical role in shaping and delivering next-generation pricing capabilities across North America. This individual will operate within a platform product model, partnering across Product, Data, and Revenue Growth Management teams to build and scale best-in-class pricing tools that drive measurable business outcomes.
This is not a traditional analyst role focused only on reporting-it sits at the intersection of product management, advanced analytics, and business strategy, helping deliver capabilities like price optimization, scenario simulation, elasticity modeling, and AI-powered decision support.
You will help transform how we price-enabling faster, smarter, and more actionable decisions that improve revenue, margin, and customer outcomes.
What You'll Do for Us
Function Related Activities/Key Responsibilities:
1. Deliver Pricing Capabilities Through the Product Model:
Partner with Product Managers to define, prioritize, and deliver pricing features based on business outcomes-not just requirementsTranslate business problems into product backlog items, user stories, and analytical solutionsSupport agile delivery cycles, contributing to sprint planning, testing, and release readinessChampion a test-and-learn approach, using data to validate solutions before scaling 2. Build and Advance Pricing Analytics & Tools:
Partner with Data Science and tech teams to develop and enhance pricing capabilities including: - Price elasticity modeling - Scenario simulation and 'what-if' analysis - Optimization engines for price, promo, and assortment decisionsDesign intuitive, business-friendly dashboards and decision toolsEnsure outputs drive actionable insights tied to KPI impact (revenue, profit, volume) 3. Enable End-to-End Pricing Workflows:
Support the full pricing lifecycle: - Strategy development - Planning and optimization - Execution and performance trackingEnsure tools integrate seamlessly into customer and commercial workflowsHelp embed pricing tools into multi-year, annual, and in-year planning processes 4. Drive Data Quality, Governance & Integration:
Partner with data engineering teams to ensure high-quality, reliable data inputsHelp define data products and pipelines that enable scalable analyticsSupport governance frameworks to ensure a single source of truth across pricing tools 5. Partner Across Business and Technical Teams:
Collaborate with: - RGM / Customer Strategy teams - Data Science & Engineering - Product & Digital teams - Translate complex analytics into clear, actionable business recommendations - Gather and incorporate feedback from end users to continuously improve products What You'll Need

Bachelor's degree in Economics, Business, Engineering, Data Science, or related field Related Work Experience:
3-6+ years in analytics, pricing, revenue management, or product analyticsExperience working with data-driven tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, Python, SQL)Strong analytical mindset with ability to translate data into business insightsExperience partnering cross-functionally with both technical and business teams Functional Skills:
Experience in CPG, retail, or pricing strategyExposure to product operating models or Agile ways of workingFamiliarity with: - Pricing optimization / elasticity modeling - Trade Promotion or pricing tools (e.g., TPO, Anaplan, pricing engines)Experience working with large-scale data platforms or AI/ML use cases Why This Role Matters:

Pay Range: United States of America: 103,000 USD - 119,000 USD
