Your impact as an Equipment Specialist is vital. You will support Vitalant’s life-saving mission by being responsible for all processes related to production equipment.
What to Expect
Salary: $26.50- $34.31/ Hour Salary is commensurate with a candidate's experience, qualifications, skills, and geographic location. Schedule: Monday- Friday 8-4:30 pm

As an Equipment Specialist, you’ll get to: Responsible for all processes related to production equipment. Performs equipment ordering, installation, validation, and qualification to ensure compliance with applicable standard operation procedures and/or equipment operator manuals. Responsible for maintaining accurate records related to equipment management program (CMMS).
REQUIREMENTS:
Knowledge or Education:
• High School Diploma or GED required
• A two or four year technical degree preferred
• Training skills with experience preferred.
• Three years of relevant work experience required.
• Three years equipment validation and maintenance experience preferred.

• Must possess the skills and abilities to successfully perform all assigned duties and responsibilities. • Must be able to maintain confidentiality. • Quality focus and attention to detail. • Ability to problem-solve. • Ability to work independently. • Create and maintain a safe and effective work environment. • Equipment testing, calibration, maintenance and process improvement. • Language skills must include the ability to read, write, speak English effectively and follow oral and written instructions consistent with policies and procedure, SOPs or other requirements. • Must be able to interpret information, instructor explain. • Ability to communicate clearly and have the skills necessary to provide excellent services to internal and external customers. #CSRAD
