About this role
Principal Accountabilities:
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including consumer research, R&D, and engineering. • Compile and evaluate research on future product requirements. • Identify enhancements to current products. • Assist the product development team in testing strategies, including pricing, product design, marketing, advertising, and packaging.
Knowledge & Skill Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field (or equivalent years of experience in a similar industry). • One year of related experience preferred. • Strong written and oral communication skills. • Proficient PC skills.
Knowledge & Application:
• Good knowledge of a single specialist area through prior study or experience. • Applies principles and practices in a recognized professional field. • Follows standardized rules, procedures, and operations within own area. • Determines a course of action based on guidelines.
Problem Solving:
• Encounters similar problems requiring fact-finding, clarification, and basic analysis. • Solutions are found within normal operating processes and policies. • Selects the best solution based on defined procedures or precedence. • Occasionally uses basic problem-solving techniques to define problems and identify solutions.
