Job Description Summary We’re seeking a Field Nurse Practitioner to provide compassionate, high-quality care to patients across various community-based settings. This is not a remote position — you’ll deliver in-person care throughout your assigned area, Clark County, traveling to patient locations as needed. How will you make an impact & Requirements Primary Responsibilities:
• Provide comprehensive primary and acute care to patients in Assisted Living, Memory Care, Hospice, and Group Home settings in Clark County. • Order, interpret, and evaluate diagnostic tests to assess and manage patients’ health conditions. • Deliver health education, counseling, and disease prevention guidance to promote wellness. • Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals as part of an interdisciplinary care team. • Develop, document, and update individualized care plans. • Prescribe medications and other appropriate treatments in accordance with licensure and scope of practice. • Participate in the on-call rotation, which may include weekend or holiday coverage. Qualifications:
• Master’s Degree in Nursing (MSN) required. • Minimum of 1 year of related nurse practitioner experience preferred (or equivalent combination of education and experience). • Active, unrestricted RN and NP licenses in NV. • Satisfactory completion of a Tuberculosis test (required). **This position is bonus eligible based on individual and company performance** Compensation: $108,466.00to $162,698.00
