Job Title Integrated Management System (IMS) Coordinator / Quality Coordinator Job Description Integrated Management System (IMS) Coordinator / Quality Coordinator (ISO 9001:2015 / ISO 14001:2015 / ISO 45001:2018) Experience: 5–8 years in implementing and maintaining Integrated Management Systems (IMS) for infrastructure / EPC / airports / oil and gas projects. Key Responsibilities:
• Support implementation and maintenance of Integrated Management System (IMS) in compliance with ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001:2015, and ISO 45001:2018. • Support Head of Quality Management / Quality Manager during certification body, surveillance, and client audits. • Coordinate internal audits, corrective actions, compliance monitoring, and IMS documentation control. • Perform Quality Control Coordinator / Document Controller activities for Quality department records and documentation in projects. • Support departmental administrative activities, reporting, KPI tracking, and management review inputs. • Maintain proactive coordination with internal stakeholders and project stakeholders on quality matters. • Prepare reports, dashboards, presentations, and quality documentation using MS Office Suite and Power BI. Qualifications & Skills:
• Bachelor’s degree in science / Diploma in Engineering, or related discipline. • Certified in ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001:2015, and ISO 45001:2018 (Lead Auditor / Internal Auditor preferred). • Strong knowledge of IMS standards, documentation control, and audit processes. • Proficient in MS Office Suite and Power BI. • Strong communication and written skills, coordination, and organizational skills. • Proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of working in multicultural project environments.
