ASICS has an exciting opportunity to join our Accounting Department as a Finance Graduate! Reporting to the Finance and Admin Manager, this role will be responsible for delivering comprehensive accounting and banking support with a core focus on retail banking.
So, what goes into making that happen?
- Manage the Retail Banking Portfolio
- Setting up banking requirements for new retail stores
- Accounts Payable and Invoice Processing
- Preparing and arranging payment to suppliers
- Answering incoming calls and providing routine information in response to inquiries
- Maintaining filing and archiving system
- Performing any special reports or projects as required
- Assisting with Auditor and Bank Queries when required
- Monthly Regression Testing

That’s enough about us! Here’s what we hope to see from you:
- Experience or understanding of working in a high-volume accounting environment with a focus on retail banking and Accounts Payable.
- Qualifications in Finance
- Proficient knowledge of SAP.
- Excellent numerical, keyboard and data entry skills with high attention to detail.
- Ability to translate financial jargon and data to everyday stakeholder-friendly language.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and collaborate as a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to deal with confidential information in a professional manner.
- Strong interpersonal skills in establishing and maintaining effective working relationship within the department team members.
