We’re looking for a Creative Strategist to own creative development for our client's B2C performance marketing campaigns. The focus is on direct-response ads that drive inbound leads and calls. This is a hands-on role—you’ll write, direct, and iterate fast based on what the data tells you.
Key Responsibilities
Write scripts for video ads across Meta, TikTok, YouTube, and CTV with a direct-response focusDevelop shot lists and provide creative direction during production to ensure execution matches strategyBuild creative concepts specifically for lead generation and call-driven campaignsWork with media buyers to review performance metrics and pivot creative based on what’s workingMonitor competitor creatives and trends to keep our approach freshUse AI tools to speed up scripting, iteration, and testing where applicableRequirements
B2C experience in a Creative Strategist or similar role focused on lead generationStrong track record in direct-response / performance marketingProven script writing and creative direction skillsComfortable reading performance data and translating it into creative decisionsPortfolio showing ads that drove measurable lead or call volume (metrics preferred)AI tool experience is a plus (ChatGPT, Midjourney, Runway, etc.)Benefits
