We are now looking for an experienced and business-driven HR Business Partner for Innovation & Group Functions to join our team in Gothenburg, Sweden.

In this role, you will act as a strategic HR partner to our Innovation, Finance & Legal and HR functions, and be a trusted member of their respective leadership teams. You will work closely with senior leaders in a highly regulated, international, and innovation-driven environment, supporting both operational and strategic people topics.

This is a full-time position based at our Headquarters in Gothenburg, Sweden reporting to our Chief HR Officer. Some travel is included.

The Role

As HR Business Partner at Vitrolife Group, you will play a key role in translating business strategies into effective people initiatives. You will work proactively with leaders to strengthen leadership capability, organisational effectiveness and culture, while ensuring compliance and alignment with Vitrolife Group’s values and global HR agenda.

Key responsibilities include:

• Act as a strategic and operational HR partner to leaders within Innovation, Finance & Legal and HR

• Participate as a member of the leadership teams, contributing an HR and people perspective to business decisions

• Drive core HR processes such as workforce planning, performance management, talent management and succession planning

• Support organisational design, change initiatives and transformation projects

• Coach and advise managers in leadership, employee relations and labor law matters

• Manage and participate in union relations and collaboration

• Participate in and lead HR-related projects, both locally and in collaboration with Global HR

• Collaborate with Global HR colleagues around the world

• Ensure compliance with labour laws, internal policies and relevant regulatory requirements

Your Profile

We are looking for someone who combines strong HR expertise with a solid business mindset, high integrity and the ability to navigate complexity.

You likely bring:

• Several years of experience as an HR Business Partner, preferably in an international environment

• Experience from MedTech, life science, pharma or other regulated industries is highly meritorious

• Proven experience supporting senior leaders and working with leadership teams

• Strong knowledge of HR processes, labour law and union collaboration

• Ability to handle both strategic and operational matters

• A proactive, self-driven mindset with a strong ability to take initiative and drive topics forward

• Experience of working in or contributing to HR projects and change initiatives

• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills

• A collaborative, analytical and pragmatic approach

• Fluency in English, oral and written
